This website is operated by Absolutely Cheap Printing. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Absolutely Cheap Printing. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, including referenced additional terms, conditions, and policies.
Absolutely Cheap Printing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these changes.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have consented to allow dependents' use. You must not use our products unlawfully or transmit harmful software.
Any violation of these terms will terminate your access immediately.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service. Your information (excluding payment details) may be transferred unencrypted. Payment details are always securely encrypted.
You must not duplicate, sell, or exploit any part of our Service without explicit written consent.
SECTION 3 – TERMS OF PRINT & PERFORMANCE
Colour Matching & Variations
Colours represented digitally are guides only. Actual printed materials may differ slightly due to natural variations.
Proofs and Artwork
No proofs provided for standard online orders. Custom artwork proofs available upon request for an additional fee ($110 per set). Printing begins after written client approval.
Errors & Omissions
Clients are responsible for checking proofs thoroughly. Absolutely Cheap Printing assumes no liability for client-approved errors. Any reprint costs due to approved errors will be fully charged.
Turnaround & Delivery
Standard printing turnaround is typically 3-7 business days post-approval. Special processes (e.g., foiling, die-cutting, complex assemblies) may extend timelines. While efforts are made to meet deadlines, delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
Stock Availability
Occasionally stock shortages occur. We will suggest suitable alternatives or offer store credit/refund for unavailable items.
Pricing
All prices include 10% GST and are in Australian Dollars. Prices subject to change without notice.
SECTION 4 – TRADEMARKS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed are owned by Absolutely Cheap Printing or appropriately licensed. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited and may breach the Australian Trade Marks Act 1995.
SECTION 5 – COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT
Our products and services come with guarantees per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Absolutely Cheap Printing complies fully with Australian Consumer Law, offering remedies for products found faulty or not as described.
SECTION 6 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by Australian Law, Absolutely Cheap Printing disclaims responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from product use or service disruption.
SECTION 7 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Absolutely Cheap Printing, our employees, affiliates, partners, directors, and suppliers from all claims or demands arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
SECTION 8 – SHIPPING POLICY
We utilise trusted national couriers (StarTrack, Australia Post). Delivery times indicated are estimates only. Absolutely Cheap Printing is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or incorrect client-provided shipping information.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain third-party links. We disclaim responsibility for the accuracy, quality, or reliability of third-party sites. Engage with third parties at your own risk.
SECTION 10 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, typographical errors, or omissions, and update information without prior notice, including post-order submission.
SECTION 11 – FORCE MAJEURE
Absolutely Cheap Printing is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supplier disruptions, or government actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. All disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
