Absolutely Cheap Printing Pty Ltd is committed to delivering high-quality products that match the specifications detailed on our website and exceed our customers' expectations. Should your experience fall short of these standards, please immediately notify us via email, providing clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue. We promise prompt attention and will strive to reach a swift, fair, and mutually satisfactory resolution.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Given the customised nature of printing products, refunds or exchanges are available under specific circumstances only. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing your order prior to confirmation.

Refund or Exchange Conditions:

  • Faulty or Incorrect Products:
    If the product supplied is defective, misprinted, or does not align with your approved artwork, we offer:
    • Reprinting of your original order,
    • Equivalent exchange through store credit, or
    • A full refund if replacement or reprint is not viable.
  • Damaged Goods During Shipping:
    If your order arrives damaged during transit, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide photographic evidence. Upon review, we'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Situations Not Eligible for Refund

Absolutely Cheap Printing does not offer refunds, reprints, or exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • Errors Approved by the Customer:
    Incorrect content, spelling mistakes, or design errors approved by the customer at the proof stage.
  • Change of Mind or Incorrect Selections:
    Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if you simply change your mind, select the incorrect product, or purchase unnecessary items.
  • Colour Variations:
    Slight differences in colour between digital proofs and final prints, caused by screen settings or natural material variations, are considered normal and do not qualify for refunds or reprints.

Procedure for Requesting Refunds or Reprints

To initiate a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Immediate Notification:
    Email us promptly at info@absolutelycheapprinting.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, detailed explanation, and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
  2. Assessment:
    Our customer service team will review your claim within 5 business days. We may request additional information or return of the items.
  3. Resolution:
    Once approved, we will process your reprint, exchange, or refund within
    7–14 business days.

Return Shipping Policy

  • We cover return shipping costs if the issue is due to our error (faulty, incorrect, or damaged goods).
  • In other circumstances, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Your Refund

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Store credits provided are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Consumer Guarantees – Competition and Consumer Act

Absolutely Cheap Printing complies fully with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, refund, or compensation.
